HEARING UPDATE

The hearing that will go before the Circuit Court will take place Wednesday, September 2 at 9 AM. A favorable outcome would allow the plaintiffs to a chance to go before the Wicomico County Board of Appeals to appeal the building permit that was issued for the tank. Due to some COVID-19 restrictions there are some limitations on who can attend. If you want to find out more go to the Circuit Court's website.
